BNET Achieves Gold Accreditation from Investors in People
Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain Network (BNET), the national company responsible for providing fiber-based broadband network in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has received the Gold Accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), a non-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom. Through this significant milestone, BNET joins 28% of companies to attain this prestigious accreditation on their first attempt. BNET has also ranked 4th place in the Production Services and Telecommunications sector, showcasing its successful leadership in achieving high employee engagement and organizational excellence.
This esteemed recognition underscores BNET’s commitment to adopting and developing effective people management practices. It also highlights the company’s efforts to invest in the growth of its human capital and improve job satisfaction levels by implementing dedicated policies and procedures.
