BNET Obtains ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for its excellence in managing and developing Human Resources
Manama, Bahrain: BNET, the national company responsible for providing broadband network services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 international certification in Human Resources Services. The accreditation follows the company’s successful fulfilment of requirements set by Bureau Veritas, an accredited provider of ISO inspection, certification, and training services.
This international achievement is a testament to the quality and efficiency of BNET’s policies and procedures for managing and developing talents and human capital. The esteemed certification also reflects the company’s efforts to develop its management system by establishing a corporate culture that supports the development and growth of its human capital. BNET continues to adhere to international standards of internal management practices and performance reporting, as well as communication between members and executive management for enhanced productivity across all talent management functions.
The certification further underscores BNET’s talent management policies and procedures, in addition to the launch of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The system-based solution was launched on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the company’s human resources management strategy, which encompasses several objectives, including: attracting and developing national talent, empowering Bahraini women in the field of telecommunications, and promoting a culture of work that integrates Bahrain’s national identity.
