BNET Obtains ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification for Network Infrastructure Services
Manama, Bahrain: BNET, the national fiber optic network provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is pleased to announce that it has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management systems in the areas of network infrastructure planning, design, deployment, maintenance, and records management.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems that sets out a framework to help organizations improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. To obtain the certification, BNET underwent a rigorous audit process that assessed its quality management systems against the standard’s requirements.
